About Miranda Charlotte
Miranda is an artist and maker based in South London. She shares how she transformed her relationship with her reflection from one of pain into one of peace, by upcycling her mirror into a tropical garden-inspired artwork.
Having overcome struggles with disordered eating and body image, Miranda encourages self-acceptance and body neutrality through nature paintings and by transforming the mirror from a tool of self-criticism into a piece of wildlife-inspired art.
Each painting is created on recycled paper, and each mirror is lovingly hand-painted using ethically-sourced materials that have been saved from landfill.

Sustainability at the core of our ethos
Our upcycled mirror frames are made from off-cut wood, second hand and recycled materials. Art prints are produced with ethical suppliers using recycled paper. Garments are upcycled from high quality secondhand clothing, and hand painted gifts are plastic-free.
All your orders come in plastic-free, recycled or compostable packaging. Our art prints are protected by a compostable bio-plastic, and we protect every item with paper-based protective wrapping.
Miranda Charlotte packaging and printing suppliers include Kite Packaging and Moo.
You can be sure that the sustainability of each step of the Miranda Charlotte making and delivery process has been considered.
