Shipping

Pre-ordered items will be shipped according to the lead time stated on the product page. Each mirror is made-to-order and have lead times from 2 weeks for mini mirrors, up to 6 weeks for a large mirror. If you would like your order sooner, please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do! 

In-stock items will be shipped in 3-5 working days from your order.

Returns & refunds

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, please get in touch. Returns and refunds are possible within 30 days of purchase.

For commissioned pieces, refunds are not available, but please contact me if you are not completely satisfied and I will do all I can to rectify any issues within reason.
